About Jill

headshot 400x400bw2015Jill Jeannides, a native to Chicago, Illinois, is known for both visual art and landscape design. Her work focuses on creating a sense of place with colorful, dynamic compositions and contrasts in visual choreography.

Her designs have included plans for native plant demonstration gardens, urban plazas, and redevelopment of airport land.  

Her visual art has been exhibited at Stanford University and has been chosen by Chicago Mayor Rahm Emmanuel to be installed in his Office at City Hall.

Jeannides’s creative process is influenced by her unique French, Greek and Ukrainian heritage which has exposed her to many different forms of art history and cultural ethnography through both tradition and world travel.
